The Cooper Bridge Run is only two weeks away. Very excited.

I've had the better part of three months off of running for various reasons, one being a sore spot on my right foot that the doctor assured me was 'joint pain' and would need surgery. Yeah, that's gonna happen.

He also wasn't approving of my running more than a few miles here and there. Can you believe I paid him for this advice?!?
